1:1 Swim Lessons • 15 & 30 min sessions • All ages all levels
Stroke Correction is for swimmers who are ready to improve technique, clean up habits and build stronger foundations across key strokes. Through private coaching and focused feedback, swimmers develop better body position, breathing patterns, timing and efficiency in the water. This pathway is ideal for children who already have basic swim confidence and are ready for more technical development.
Backstroke kick is developed to improve control, consistency and smoother movement through the water.
Breathing patterns are refined so swimmers can move more comfortably and efficiently in freestyle.
Swimmers are introduced to the foundations of breaststroke, with attention on timing, shape and early coordination.
Confidence below the surface continues to develop through controlled submersion and underwater work.
Push-offs are improved so swimmers can leave the wall in a stronger, more effective position.
Swimmers learn to respond to technical feedback and make small adjustments that improve performance.
The goal is to help swimmers feel more confident moving between different strokes while maintaining control and technique.
Endurance and refinement • Private 1:1 lessons
Level 2 builds on that technical foundation with stronger endurance, more refined stroke work and greater consistency across multiple skills. It is the final step before progressing to Mini Squad.
The focus is on building freestyle endurance while maintaining stronger technique over distance.
Backstroke starts are refined so swimmers can leave the wall with more control and better body position.
Swimmers build stronger backstroke consistency over longer distance with better control and rhythm.
Breaststroke develops further with attention on timing, coordination and stroke efficiency.
Butterfly kick is introduced to build coordination, body awareness and broader stroke development.
Swimmers begin learning tumble turns to improve transitions and overall efficiency in the water.
Even at this stage, practical water safety remains part of the program, including floating, breathing control and safe responses in the water.
